RETURNS

All artwork is printed after completion of order.
Personalised/Bespoke prints are non-refundable.

We accept exchanges and refunds for non-personalised prints and our policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

All of our prints are hand-drawn with great care and we hope you are delighted with your order. However, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us, in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item, it is in the same condition as when you first bought it, and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible. Any items that are returned to us damaged or with missing parts, may only be subject to a partial refund (if applicable).

Contact us at jax@favouritethingsdesign.com if you have any questions or queries regarding your return. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
